Last week we did a photography sesion

that LULU'S VINTAGE ordered us,

a brand of vintage clothes from Salamanca.

We have been two days in the 50's,

ESCLAVAS EXQUISITAS

Este proyecto es una reflexión acerca de la moda y la belleza

en nuestra sociedad actual.

Nos hemos centrado en el papel de la mujer en este ámbito

porque lo sentimos en primera persona.

Meditamos acerca de nuestra función dentro de este entorno,

cuestionándonos si somos víctimas o creadoras de todos los estereotipos que nos rodean.

Seleccionamos los complementos que más identifican a la mujer

y exageramos sus funciones de manera que la apresen y reduzcan sus movimientos.

This project is a reflection about fashion and beauty

in our actual society.

We have centered on the role of the woman in this ambit,

because we feel it in first person.

We reflect about our function in this environment,

questioning us if we are victims or creators of all the stereotypes that surround us.

We have selected the most female complements 

and we exaggerate their functions to capture and to reduce women's movements.

Estos son los fantásticos resultados del taller "Reinterpretarte".

Cada niño/a eligió el cuadro que más le gustó:

Gauguin - "Mujeres tahitianas (en la playa)"

Klimt - "Retrato de Adele Bloch-Bauer I"

Munch - "El grito"

Picasso - "Mujer sentada con reloj de pulsera"

Van Gogh - "Joven campesina"

Y elaboró el vestuario y todo lo necesario

para ser el/la protagonista del cuadro.

Una vez más, quedamos impresionadas por la imaginación que tienen

y repetiremos seguro.

"Todo niño es un artista. El problema es cómo mantenerse siendo niño una vez que se ha crecido"

These are the wonderful results from the workshop "Reinterpretarte".

The kids chose their favorite artwork:

Gauguin - "Women of Tahiti (on the beach)"

Klimt - "Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I"

Munch - "The scream"

Picasso - "Seated woman with wrist watch"

Van Gogh - "Young countrywoman"

And they did the costume and everything needed

to be the protagonist of the artwork.

Once more, we are impressive with their imagination

and we will probably repeat.

"All child is an artist. The problem is how keep us being a kid when we've already grown up"

Ayer fue "HALLOWEENCES",

un cashmob en la calle Wences Moreno de Salamanca,

organizado por la Asociación de Vecinos ZOES.

Estas son las fotos que hicimos para ambientar

los escaparates de los comercios.

También formaban parte de un juego en el que había que adivinar

quién era el asesino.

¡Una tarde diferente y divertida

de la que os enseñaremos más fotos y el vídeo este fin de semana!

Yesterday, we were in "HALLOWEENCES",

a cashmob in the Wences Moreno Street, Salamanca,

organized by ZOES (a neighborhood association).

These are the pictures that we did

to decorated the shop's windows of the street.

In addition, our photographs were tracks of a game

to resolve who was the murderer.

We'll show you a video and more pictures

 from this different and funny afternoon!
