9:30 Salida de Salamanca a Gijón. El maletero cargado, pillamos la autovía y en marcha.

De camino, nos perdemos: salida equivocada. Llegada a la 13:00. 

Dejamos el coche en el parking y vamos al hotel.
Cargamos todo y lo dejamos en la galería: Mediadvanced nos espera. 

Comemos. A las 16:00 hemos quedado para montar, nos damos prisa y vamos para allá.

¿Un café? No, acabamos de tomarlo. ¡Mejor montamos ya! Pues vamos a ello.

En ello estamos, medimos y colocamos. Antes, desembalamos.

Después ya la montamos. ¿Aquí el mono? No, mejor en frente, con el león.

¿Y la jirafa? Junto a la ventana, ahí se ven bien. Ya están perfectas.

¿Y la inauguración? A las 20:00.

¿Vendrá mucha gente? Depende del día. Pues nos vamos a comprar la bebida. ¡Hasta luego!

Ya van a ser las 20:00, vamos, deprisa ¡que llegamos tarde!

Llegamos, colocamos la comida y esperamos.

No entra nadie. Pues salimos: yo me pongo la cabeza de jirafa

y tú se lo dices a la gente. ¡Perfecto!

Pero, ¿y de qué es la exposición? De fotografía.

¡Ah, entonces sí! (¿Y de qué no?)
¡Pues adelante! Muchas gracias por venir.

We are in the wrong way. We arrived at 13:00.

Estará expuesta, junto a las demás obras,

hasta el 12 de Junio.

Hoy os presentamos un proyecto que estamos llevando a cabo

y el cual estamos dirigiendo:

GALERÍA URBANA

Es un proyecto mediante el cual crearemos una galería a pie de calle

en la que se ofrecen varios garajes y trapas de comercios a jóvenes artistas

para que las utilicen como lienzos en los que plasmar sus obras.

El objetivo es aportar un toque joven y urbano a nuestra ciudad,

incluso transformándolo con el tiempo en un punto de atractivo turístico.

¿DÓNDE?

En el barrio del Oeste de Salamanca.

Este barrio es prolongación del centro en el que, alrededor de su plaza, 

se concentrarían todas las obras que componen la galería urbana.

Es un espacio amplio pero concreto,

para que todas las obras estén situadas en una misma zona

y sea posible visitarlas todas a la vez que paseas por el barrio.

¿CUÁNDO?

Si quieres participar en el concurso para pintar tu obra,

tienes hasta el 19 de Mayo de 2013 para enviar tus bocetos,

que se llevarán a cabo durante la primera quincena de Junio.

Todo el que sea seleccionado se compromete a hacer su obra durante la fecha establecida.

Today, we're gonna tell you about a project that we're directing:

URBAN GALLERY

This is a project that is to create a street gallery 

where we offered some garages and gates establishment to young artists 

for to paint it like a canvas.

The objective is to create a young and urban zone in our city

that it would be a touristic point concerning.

WHERE?

In the west neighborhood of Salamanca.

It is near of the city center 

and it's a wide space but concrete too.

WHEN?

If you want to participate in the contest to paint your work,

you have until 19th May of 2013 to send us your sketchs.

The gates and garages will be painted during first fortnight of June.

Everyone that will be selected is compromised to paint his work during this date.

Este proyecto es una reflexión acerca de la moda y la belleza

en nuestra sociedad actual.

Nos hemos centrado en el papel de la mujer en este ámbito

porque lo sentimos en primera persona.

Meditamos acerca de nuestra función dentro de este entorno,

cuestionándonos si somos víctimas o creadoras de todos los estereotipos que nos rodean.

Seleccionamos los complementos que más identifican a la mujer

y exageramos sus funciones de manera que la apresen y reduzcan sus movimientos.

This project is a reflection about fashion and beauty

in our actual society.

We have centered on the role of the woman in this ambit,

because we feel it in first person.

We reflect about our function in this environment,

questioning us if we are victims or creators of all the stereotypes that surround us.

We have selected the most female complements 

and we exaggerate their functions to capture and to reduce women's movements.
